Well Krystal fans, today I can finally reveal some information that I’ve been keeping secret for several months. Kat the Webmistress (or Kat the Leopardess) has been working on a Krystal costume (or cosplay outfit, or fursuit, depending on what you call them). She contacted me a while back for help with reference imagery. She asked me to keep it secret, and I did. After months of research and work she has finished and displayed the suit at Califur 2007, last weekend. I have gained permission to display photos of the outfit.
These photos were taken by a DeviantArt user who attended Califur 2007 named Skunkman001.
I will post more photos when I get them. I plan on creating an article about the suit and how it was made later. Before that, I will try to get an audio interview with Kat on an upcoming episode of the Krystal Archive Podcast.
I have made a Krystal suit too,the staff is better,the tail
was made from silk fake fur and the hair is very shiny both
on the tail and head.The top is hard like plastic,the muzzlle is a perfect size and I put eyes that look actualy look like Krystal’s.the ears are not so far back,and I
don’t look fat in it,I do look like Krystal in it,and my
name really is Krystal!
