That Krystal is a Spy!

Krystal (and by Krystal I mean Blue Spy) made an appearance at Furry Fiesta 2010 (back in February 19-21). No-one seems to have been able to get a very good look at her(him), but isn’t that the point? The spy was played by Kewebox. He was wearing HighZenith’s Krystal Portrait.

Ayano Cosplay Updates

I just posted the remainder of the information I have on Ayano’s Krystal cosplay on her page. I added the information Ken Singshow provided about the suit and Ayano herself.

A few videos of Krystal at Further Confusion 2010 appeared on YouTube, including Rabbitinthem00n’s very nice one, featured below.

Finally, Ken Singshow sent me a link to his photoshoot gallery with Ayano, which features so very interesting poses and locales (I’m getting the urge to request she reenact scenes from Star Fox Adventures).

If you hadn’t noticed, every day I’ve been adding more pictures of Ayano’s Krystal cosplay. Apparently everyone wanted a photo or six. Richard L has been sending me lists of pictures DAILY, if not bi-daily. Thanks so much to him for looking through countless galleries. He also found us another video appearance.

Further Confusion 2010 Krystal Cosplayer

Yet another cosplay of Krystal appeared at Further Confusion 2010 (which is still going on). Kat the Leopardess sent me a link to this image on lynard’s FurAffinity page. I don’t know if lynard is the wearer or just the photographer, but since the show is still going on, we’ll probably see more images, and possibly videos, later. If you find out any info, as always, please let me know!

As you can see, this suit uses skin-tight thick cloth with different colored fabric to represent fur patterns (and the tattoos!). A hard plastic facial mask and wig make up the head. The wearer has a very realistic staff, but the suit appears to be missing the tail entirely.

Updates
As indicated in the comments, Rabbit in the Moon told me that the cosplayer is of Japanese origin, and Ayano (spelling?) is her name. Ayano has been to several previous furry conventions, wearing such costumes as Mithra and Renamon. Also, though you can’t see it, there is apparently a tail on this costume! <3

New Krystal Fursuit

This one appeared at this years Midwest FurFest (2009). I have absolutely no idea who it was, and I’d love to find out. This person cosplayed as Krystal in her Assault outfit ( <3 ). There was also a Fox cosplayer by her side in all the videos I could find of her. The image is from Stunttiger’s FurAffinity post.

I’m so sorry Kat!

I was just intimidated with the sheer number of photos of her and how much information there was to deal with, I kept putting off making the page. I got over it though, and I’ve made a page for her with a summary, links, a couple videos, and nine images. BUT, don’t think that there are only nine pictures available. I sorted all the photos and came up with an astounding 98 photos total. So many, that there is a special page just for Kat’s cosplay pictures. They go all the way back to the very first work in progress pictures, and include pictures from both the 2007 and 2008 cons.
