With reviews by DrunkenBuffer and Vrance Movado, and help of others, I’ve updated the fanfiction section for the first time in over a year. More reviews are (hopefully) coming soon, so be on the lookout for that.

Fanart Style Update

You asked for it, well you’re getting it. I’m in the process of drastically changing the way fanart is displayed.

New Features

Favorites are indicated with a star icon, for those of you too busy to look through all the links
Warnings only show up if you want to see them, just hover over their icon
Standardized warnings to give you a more consistent idea of what to expect
Colored borders are used to differentiate DeviantArt links from FurAffinity links, and so on
The “NEW!” fanart text has been replaced by a subtle shade of pink

Later, with the help of some volunteers, we’ll get the tranditional art seperated from the 3D rendered art, because you demanded it. Also, when I get it working, there won’t be any favorites yet picked, because I haven’t yet gone through them to add that data. That’s something I’ll do on my own time later.

Unfortunately, I can’t finish the update without breaking things on the site, so for a few hours to a couple days, the fanart lists may or may not be working.

Updates
5PM – The missing list has been updated to the new format, if you want to have a look.
8PM – The hosted page has been updated, the “unlisted” list page has been deleted (most of the content is now gone), I created a new page for the eventual list of rendered fanarts, and I created a page explaining the new standardized warnings. I’m now working on the script that will turn the main fanart list into the pages you see in the main list. This takes longer than the other lists because of the sheer number of fanarts there. I’ve done it before though, so it shouldn’t take too long.
12:40AM(next day) – Done! The main list has been updated to the new style. I also added a few favorites in there, so you can see the feature. It’ll be a while before I can add a bunch of them.

An Unlikely Enemy Ch. 7 Released

It’s been months and months since I last posted a chapter of my fanfic, widely regarded as the best fanfiction ever (possibly the best fiction ever) even in its unfinished state. Every day I have to get out my Indiana Jones-style whip to keep the mobs from my door trying to get autographed copies. Thankfully for all of you, I have sat down and written a new chapter for you all. This one is quite long and features the story from Krystal’s perspective for the first time. There is love, hardship, betrayal, and friendship, all rolled into this epic chapter.

Because I’m swamped with schoolwork, I can’t post the chapter on DeviantArt or Fanfiction.net yet, but I offer it first to you, my loyal readers. Just click the download link below and enjoy! An Unlikely Enemy: Chapter 5 Released

A lot of you have expressed interest in my Star Fox fanfiction, An Unlikely Enemy. It’s been about 8 months since I put out a chapter. I’m sorry, I’m just a really slow writer. However, there’s good news because today I finally finished up chapter 5. It’s up for your reading pleasure on fanfiction.net:

Additionally, when writing chapter 5, I noticed a large plothole in chapter 4, so I uploaded a fix for that chapter at the same time:
