Rami Chacs (or jugero) has modded Resident Evil 4 (PC) to replace the main character Leon with Krystal. It’s not just image replacement either. Sounds have been replaced too. Mr. Rami has graciously allowed the Krystal Archive to host his mod.

There are no instructions included with this mod, but I think it’s just a file replacement, so you should be able to use another RE4 mod’s instructions (perhaps one found on this board).
