In addition to his earlier GTA Krystal Mod, Nanogrrr has produced a GTA: San Andreas mod that features several Star Fox characters. If I’m not mistaken, you replace the main character with Fox, and Krystal becomes your girlfriend. Falco, Peppy, and Slippy replace the Grove Street Families members. Wolf, Panther, and Leon replace the Ballas Gang members.
