General Scales Confrontation

- Krystal found the key to Krazoa Palace and returned to the Cloudrunner baby who she spoke to earlier. General Scales appeared and showed some brutality towards the baby. Krystal tried to help it, but Scales threw her overboard. The Cloudrunner who transported her there caught her and they continued on towards the distress signal.

It’s You!

- As Krystal released the Spirit, an unknown figure looked on from behind a pillar. The Krazoa sent a beam out into the middle of the Palace. Suddenly, the figure jumped up and shoved Krystal into the beam sending her flying into a newly-formed crystal. The crystal rose to the top of the Palace and the released Krazoa circled around the contraption holding Krystal.

Finding The Staff

- After General Pepper tasked the Star Fox team with fixing Sauria, Fox landed and found Krystal’s Staff where it had fallen from high above. When Fox pulled it out, Krystal’s recorded voice called out from her Staff explaining how to use it.

- When Fox recovered and returned the first of four Spellstones to its rightful place, a Krazoa Spirit appeared to him and explained that Krystal was trapped and would die unless the rest of the spirits were collected. The Krazoa allowed Fox and Tricky to hear Krystal crying out in great pain. Fox decided to help out.

Krystal Released

- After Fox returned all of the Spellstones and received the final Krazoa Spirit from General Scales, Fox released the Spirit. Unfortunately, through Krystal, Andross revived. Krystal was released from the crystal and Fox saved her with her Staff. Krystal made a futile attempt to stop Andross, while Fox boarded his Arwing and flew after him to continue the battle in space.
