New Theme Active
I finally uploaded the new theme! I had to tweak a few things, but it's mostly done. If you think you might have an old version, refresh the page a few times or try opening the page in another browser. Please let me know how you like it or if you run into any issues. Just leave a comment or email me. If you're reporting an issue, don't forget to mention what browser version you're using.
I hope it's not too much of a disappointment that not much has changed. It's just an improvement in the site's consistency, load times (hopefully), and typography. All the spacing, borders, coloration, functionality, and that sort of thing have been simplified and made consistent. There is a new script for opening and closing YouTube videos, so we get better options and a nicer look.
Known Issues
- Galleries not up to date with latest code (edit: complete)
- Search bar needs to be improved (edit: complete)
- Some pages using slightly inconsistent styles (edit: complete)
PS - Check out the new 404 page!

When can we expect the fan art gallery to be updated?
@Glitcher
No timetables. This update to the theme was meant to help make the restoration process move along more smoothly. I’m already building back in new content, but it’s taking a while. Fanart is the most difficult, most time-consuming thing on the site because of its vast size and complexity to go from lists of links to quality fanart listings.
I’m reading this on my 3DS, and the top of the page seems broken. (For me, the mobile version of the site has always loaded by default, but on a 3DS, it used to look better than this. I’m sure that once I view this site on a computer, it’ll look fine.
@Dogman15
I’ve fixed the 3DS browser display for the top of the page, so that’s done. Oddly, I found a bug with the Wii U browser, and so far am unable to find a fix.
Well no problems here on this version of I.E, so I guess things arnt as bad as said to be.
other than that everything is looking a lot cleaner, spacing and text have a change, and a nice little black line to separate content from one another on the home page. all’s well.
Wow, the page loaded 5x faster on my iPhone than it usually does. Nice improvement. Everything else looks nice and up to par, too.
@Nick
Well, I don’t know how that’s possible, but I’m glad it feels that fast for you. I’ve just about finished optimizing the site to be as fast as it possibly can be.
I have one other thing to say. It’s not that big of an issue, but comments seem a little jumbled together on the 3DS. They’re still readable, but the problem is hard to describe unless you see it yourself. It’s okay if you can’t fix it, as I’m sure most of your viewers/readers use a computer.
Wow, very nice re design! I love the 404 page, its funny and clever. My mobile phones browser loads everything perfectly (LG Optimus browser). Great work
