KAP: Episode 30
It's been way too long since the last podcast! In this episode (which was not done as a live video stream), I talk about the hacking incident, the restoration process, news since last time, and some upcoming developments. Enjoy!

Great to hear that the podcast is back-it’s been many moons since the last on was posted.
BTW, will Episode #30 be downloadable via the KA/’iTunes’ channel?
@Foxtype
Your question surprised me, because I’ve had the podcast in iTunes almost as long as we’ve had the podcast! I spent several hours looking into it, and it appears that iTunes is totally messed up. I tried two different feed generation systems, and iTunes will not correctly subscribe to either one of them, even if done directly (not through the iTunes store). I’m honestly not sure what to do. Until Apple gets their act together, I don’t think there’s much I can do either.

I’ve fixed the podcast slightly. At least iTunes will correctly show the latest episode (though it doesn’t show up in the store correctly). Again, it still appears to be an Apple issue.
And as I continue to explore, I’ve found that it’s a combination of problems with Apple and Feedburner, which hosted our podcast feed. Somehow everyone managed to make a simple idea complicated. I will explore writing my own feed, since Feedburner, WordPress, Apple, and various plugins seem utterly unable to turn a list of MP3s into an XML document that everyone can understand. I have half a mind to just up and propose a new format, this is ridiculous.
Great to listen to the old podcast again, looking forward to more regular ones hopefully in the near future and well done on getting the site nearly fully back up =).
Well, I’m not sure about how the XML documentation is supposed to work, but a few days ago, I had iTunes download episode #30, I played it all the way thru-(All 1Hr. 26Mins.), with no problems. :-)
I enjoyed the podcast. Maybe next time you can do some kind of live podcast, time permitting that is. Glad to hear more of the restoration has been completed. Won’t be long until the site is back to its former glory.
@VranceMovado
We’ll look into that for next time. :)
