Mr. Miyamoto Plays Mario Kart with Smosh, Talks Star Fox
Mr. Miyamoto stopped by Smosh Games to play a round of Mario Kart 8 and do a short interview. Mr. Miyamoto spoke about Star Fox on a couple occasions during the video.
6:24 - Takaya Imamura (Artwork Designer at Nintendo) is working closely with Mr. Miyamoto on the new Star Fox game. They worked together on the original Star Fox and F-Zero games for the SNES. Jokingly, Mr. Miyamoto explained the reason he did not win the Mario Kart races was because he has been spending all his time playing the new Star Fox.
13:34 - Star Fox Wii U will be playable at E3 2015. Having the two screens really works well for the gameplay. They plan to make the TV's image be more cinematic and cutscene-like, yet retaining full control of the action with the gamepad screen. (It's implied that looking around the cockpit is done by physically moving the gamepad, which is how many current Wii U games handle camera controls.)
Thanks to Kevin and GoNintendo for the heads up.

Yeah I’ve heard about this for a few days now. I also find it interesting that Takaya Imamura is working with Miyamoto once again on the new SF Wii U game. Besides, there is supposed to be a new Direct tomorrow regarding about upcoming games for the 3DS and the Wii U coming out in the spring. If what Miyamoto said about the new SF Wii U to have a playable demo at E3 this year, then I have a feeling that there is a pretty good chance that we’ll expect at least a teaser trailer of some sort for the game and when E3 rolls in we’ll get another trailer only this time an actual one. I hope to see more on this soon. Oh and also, I have a feeling that Krystal will be back in the new game since I doubt that they would kill her off since they know of the fanbase she has. So why get rid of her now? I’ll bet she’ll be here in SF Wii U once again and Miyamoto and everyone else at Nintendo knows that. At the same time, since the new SF Wii U game is going to be compatible with the Amiibos, I would like to see some new Amiibos based off from the new game along with using exisiting ones from Smash 4. That could help them get some more money.
your to late on this, I’ve seen it a couple days back.
