LyricWulf plays a lovely rendition of Krystal's theme from Star Fox Command on piano. LyricWulf does a lot of piano covers for different games, check out his channel. Cool. The blue side seems to keep a mellow Edwardian era vibe, (think Titanic era) while the green side give evidence that this was indeed written by Nintendo. All in all a good piece, but I would prefer it a tad slower.
This has a hint of sadness in it. Which makes sense considering the game it’s from. Being a bit slower would bring out that sadness more but personally I like music to be happier. Would love to listen to a hopeful type remix of this theme. Maybe mixed with Fox’s theme and general Star Fox theme.
I never really had a big interests in command besides the plot and endings. So I don’t think I’ve ever really heard the main themes. So after this I went and listened to most of them. It’s either the login screen and or part of some end game soundtrack but dang did it had a sad space vibe to it.
