Star Fox Adventures 20th Anniversary Celebration!
It's September 1st, 2022. In just 23 days, Star Fox Adventures will celebrate its 20th anniversary! Twenty years since we got that weird and wonderful combination of a dinosaur-based Zelda-like game and Fox McCloud without his blaster. Twenty years of Tricky following us around asking for snacks and to play fetch. Twenty years of Krystal!
I think that's worth celebrating. Star Fox Adventures has always had a certain mythical status in the gaming world for how much of a departure it was from traditional Star Fox games, and the insane development process behind its creation. Yet even that interest has exploded in recent years thanks to the new discovery of a development version of Dinosaur Planet, among other recently revealed things. And let's not forget that original Krystal voice actress Estelle Ellis has re-entered the gaming world with a Twitter account and new appearances in several mods! There are even people trying to recreate Star Fox Adventures from scratch. So much is happening even now!
Let's keep that hype train rolling! I want to see how YOU celebrate Star Fox Adventures.
The Plan

- Post about it to social media, in the comments, or via email.
- Whenever I can, I will retweet things you send.
- On September 23rd, I will post the best of the best of your creations.
Ideas
- Tell your story of how you were introduced to Star Fox Adventures.
- Show off your Star Fox memorabilia collection with a video tour.
- Do a speedrun of the game.
- Post photos of your Star Fox cosplay or plush.
- Make an old-school music video using cutscenes from the game.
- Make fanart of Krystal, Tricky, Fox, or anybody in Star Fox Adventures.
- Do your impression of Shabunga (the Shop Keeper).
- Reanimate a scene from the game.
- Write a fanfiction exploring parts of Dinosaur Planet we didn't see in the gameplay.

Star Fox Adventures was a terrible game, because Krystal was a damsel in distress back then.
Krystal should never have been confined in the crystal prison. I want her and Fox to get back all the time they lost.
If Fox can go back in time and prevent Krystal’s imprisonment from ever happening, he should give her knowledge of the future, tell her where to find her staff and hopefully become present Fox’s ally for a majority of the game. Then Fox will be considered the bravest Fox of all for giving Krystal a second chance at being a heroine.
Of course, Scales might take Krystal recovering her staff so hard that will issue a 200,000 credit bounty on Krystal which will increase to five billion.

That’s right. We should blame Nintendo for wrecking her role. And besides, Krystal should rescue Fox from being imprisoned inside a crystal.
