Nintendo Event Roundup
You probably already heard some of this, but we've got some exciting Nintendo news in the coming days and months.
On December 1st, in two days, the 2016 Game Awards presentation will be streamed live at 5:30 PM Pacific (8:30 PM Eastern) on a huge number of streaming sites. We already know that Nintendo will be presenting exclusive Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild footage. Who knows what else might show. Certainly it will be interesting to see games from all sorts of developers and producers.
We will be hearing about the details of the Nintendo Switch, including launch games, capabilities, launch date, and pricing, at a special Nintendo Direct presentation live on January 12th, 2017. I don't expect to see much Star Fox, but a lot of other beloved Nintendo characters and series should be well represented. See announcement. As the event gets closer, I will post a link to where the presentation can be watched. The next day, there will be private events revealing even more about the new console.
As always with these kinds of presentations, I want to watch them with you. I will be setting up a chat room so we can chat and comment on the events as they happen. Here's the chatroom for The Game Awards 2016.

Wanna hear the extent of their Star Fox news? “We are releasing another 64 port”.
Hey Mr. K, you forgot to mention the announcement on Nintendo partnering with Universal Studios today!

@The Falcon
Kinda negative, don’t you think?
@Richi-Ray
I saw that, but no mention of Star Fox. Only Mario was indicated. I could see how a Space Mountain-like Star Fox attraction would work great, though.
Well let’s sit back and enjoy the show. See what new games are coming out and make notes on what games I’d be interested in. I’m just gonna wait and see what Nintendo does for next year.
Yeah, I should give them the benefit of the doubt. However, don’t act like it isn’t a possibility.
@The Falcon
It’s always possible, but it will just end the same way again. Even new players who would otherwise try Star Fox Zero knew it was a rehash, I believe. I doubt they would try the same trick again. Re-releases, sure, Super Mario Bros has been re-released dozens of times. But I doubt they’d try another rehash.
To be fair… if they do anything with Star Fox after SF Zero, I hope they just continue with re telling the entire story and move onto an Adventures “re-imagining”. Zero was definitely fun, but it wasn’t entirely new…
@kevin
You have some nice positive views. As for me I’m just gonna wait and see, I won’t get my hopes up. But if Nintendo really releases an Adventures re-imagining, I don’t know what I’d do, I’ll just be too excited to do anything. Hehe.
@Mr. Krystal
I wonder what you gonna do for April Fools. Surprise me and make me believe it. I know April is way off but it just came to mind. XD
@LucasJG1994
Every year is a new challenge.
@All
5 hours left. In the chat already. XD XD
Woops got the time wrong. :p
