Making of Zelda
One of the problems with posting something every day is when you run out of stuff to post, or at least, run out of stuff that's ready to post. So, I'm taking a break from Star Fox and Krystal for today. Instead, how are you guys liking the new Zelda? For me, it's a fantastic game! Basically, one of the best games of all time. Seriously! The only complaint I have is it has no Krystal in it (at least, so far). :D
So, how about this for post content? Ever want to make games? Ever wonder what goes into the design process of making your favorite games? Well, Nintendo has put out an epic series of videos talking about the design and building process with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I highly recommend these videos. Check them out!
- The Beginning (embedded above)
- Open-Air Concept
- Story and Characters
A lot of the content shown in these videos is summarized from Nintendo's presentation at this year's Game Developer's Conference, which has been posted in full!

I am absolutely loving this game…
Just two days ago I had come to a choice that I don’t think I have ever done when playing any video game… “Do I want to beat it now?”
I had done 62 shrines, had good weapons, level 3 armors, and the 4 beasts… and yet even with all of that I kept asking “Should I?” Part of me wanted to keep going with the Shrines and max out my Heart count and do all of the shrines first, another said to keep exploring and upgrading, and then another told me “I REALLY want to see what happens…”… In the end I decided to fight and boy did I enjoy it!
Even though I have technically beaten BoTW I plan on beating the shrines, finding the Korok seeds and maxing out my armor in anticipation of the DLC
Seriously, if I were to rank the top 3 Zelda games it’d be BoTW as 1.. Ocarina of Time 2nd, and Majora’s Mask 3rd… Nintendo did good on this one, really good.
I’m liking it so far. is one of the zelda games i played that got me liking alot since ocarina of time for n64.
Finaly completed breath of the wild and you know what that means.
what you want me to add to starfox advertures 2 next?
Krazoa side quest.
Optional boss battles.
Looking at the early design process of Zelda Breath of the Wild reminds me of what I liked about Star Fox Adventures. The whole fusion of futuristic and fantasy styles. I definitely felt at times that both games share certain aspects.
Be great to see a proper open world type Star Fox game.
