Unofficial Star Fox Adventures Soundtrack Re-released
Back around 2008, when I still ran Starfox-Online, I decided to play back through Star Fox Adventures and finally get a good recording of all the songs in the game. It took about a month of work, but I finally finished the most complete soundtrack for the game ever made, with 119 songs, jingles, and ambient tracks edited and released in high quality MP3.
Fast forward 10 years, and much of the work I did for Starfox-Online is simply gone, lost to time. So, what better way to start off the new StarFox.org than to release this gem?

There is a ton of info on that page about the recording process and the locations where each track can be found in the game (plus unused tracks). In the future, I think it may be possible to actually do a rip soundtrack, which should reveal even more tracks and at higher quality. For now, though, please enjoy the unique sounds of Star Fox Adventures.

If I may comment on the analog buzz issue you described in the link.
Two groups by the name of EON Gaming and Insurrection Industries have recently released two fantastic HDMI adaptors for the GameCube, they both plug right into the AV Digital out port on the Cube, which taps the pure digital audio and video signals. Since both use the firmware from the GCVideo project, the audio and video quality is FANTASTIC. If you were to acquire one of these adaptors, and record the audio through your capture device via HDMI, it should produce the highest quality possible short of an on disk file rip.
P.S. Anything going through the digital out is a lossless signal, another plus for the HDMI adaptor to use for recording!
