Ayano’s New Staff
Ayano sent me this short video of her recently upgraded Staff. It now lights up with magical goodness. The Staff was damaged at Further Confusion 2016, but she took this problem and turned it into an opportunity to upgrade the Staff. She plans to make a longer demonstration video in the future.

Thank goodness she was able to get her staff repaired! I had been wondering about it, but never knew how to follow up with her. I still feel awful about knocking it over in the first place.
I kind of like it better now then the way that she had it back in 2011. I wonder if the new effect shows up better in the daylight however?

LOL, I didn’t realize. Ayano didn’t tell me how it got broken.
Yeeeah. I saw her set it against a potted plant, and then managed to completely forget about it a minute later when I noticed “Hey, some plant is hanging down into my shot!”
