Illustrator Abby Davis is creating a Star Fox Adventures comic book and is looking for your support. The prologue chapters have already begun appearing on the Tumblr blog, including what looks (to me anyway) like a very distressed Krystal after recently crashing on Sauria. The comic is going to be a serious take on the game, so watch out for some moderately dark scenes. Comic pages are posted every Friday, as long as nothing goes awry.

Abby is doing this as a side project, and would like to get more funding. Check out Abby's Patreon page, which provides sneak peeks and behind-the-scenes resources for those who help out funding the comic.

OxygenImpulse's Zyn has posted her Etsy listing for the Krystal Charm that I commissioned a few months ago. It looks like she went all out and provided lots of different options. You can get an Adventures, Assault, or Command Krystal. Each can have an optional Staff and/or optional magnetic stand.

The Adventure Krystal charm has the bikini and loincloth look of Star Fox Adventures. The Assault Krystal is the jumpsuit and boots look of Star Fox Assault. She also has a Star Fox Command Krystal available.

Krystal's tail dangles on a loop in all versions. The head has a loop so it can be used as a necklace (using the included free necklace chain with lobster clasp) or other things. The Stand is magnetic to correspond to the magnets in Krystal's feet, so the charm will stand up with no support. Zyn can probably customize orders further by request, such as making a version without the top loop. Each charm is about 2.5 inches tall (6.4 cm). These are all hand-painted, so yours may look slightly different.

Would you like one? Go to the Etsy listing by Zyn and purchase one! The different options have different price points, which are higher than expected due to the complexity of painting them. Zyn informs me that she can do installment plans if necessary.

We had previously posted about Ayano's celebratory photoshoot to commemorate Star Fox Command's 10th Anniversary using photos from her Twitter feed. Ayano sent along OVER 100 PHOTOS from the shoot. These were selected from among over 1000 photos she took during the photoshoot. She tells me that Mr. Dylan Cuthbert and the Q-Games staff liked her photos.

In a surprise announcement today, Nintendo announces that they are bringing a Mario game on Apple hardware. It's called Super Mario Run. They will also release Nintendo stickers for iMessage. Who knows about future game collaborations with Apple.

Update: And they just added support for Pokémon GO on Apple Watch.

This teaser was originally revealed in the livestream on Saturday. It shows a rough idea of the kind of animation to expect. As I understand, it will be a combination of fully animated scenes, some 3D animated scenes, and the kind of storyboard-like animatic style seen in the above trailer.
