Smash DLC Confirmed: Mewtwo Revealed
It looks like the wizards at Nintendo are going to be doing DLC for Smash after all, for both the 3DS and Wii U versions of Smash Bros! You know what that means!
Mewtwo won't be available until next year, which is explained by reaffirming that new characters take a long time to make. Be sure to watch the rest of the video too, it's got tons of awesome stuff!
One last thing, the Lylat Cruise stage that originally appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl will be re-appearing here in the Wii U version, which will no-doubt contain the secret Star Fox taunts.
More Alternate Costumes for SF: Event Horizon
UndyingNephalim sent in these new alternate costumes for Krystal for Star Fox: Event Horizon. They include a variation on the Assault jumpsuit and a variation on a very popular fan costume by Adam Wan (one of my personal favs).
Remember, you can help fund the game at the Patreon page.
Harmony of Heroes Album is Amazing
To commemorate the latest Smash Bros. release, a group of talented musicians, singers, and remixers have come together to create a massive album, Harmony of Heroes. It has 101 tracks covering every character to have been in Smash Bros, and a few nods to gaming history (Tetris, for example).

All Smash 3DS Star Fox Trophies
YouTube user SuperIanGamerHD posted a video containing spin-around profiles of (supposedly) all trophies in Smash Bros for the 3DS. I've jumped the video ahead to the Star Fox section. You can see Fox, Wolf, Falco, and, of course, Krystal. It looks like Krystal's is the Brawl trophy with a different pose.
Orbital Gate Star Fox Stage in Smash Wii U
Sakurai posted this a couple days ago, but it's worth mentioning. This is going to be a highly dynamic stage like the Star Fox Assault stage in Brawl. This one will likely feature stage hazards that can actually hurt you this time. You battle atop Arwings, Missiles, and the Great Fox.
I hope to see hidden cameos featuring Krystal on this stage.

James and Randorn Playable in SF: Event Horizon
Here's a new trailer from UndyingNephalim showing of two new characters for Star Fox: Event Horizon, with a bit of Krystal thrown in for backstory. James McCloud, Fox's father, and the wizard Randorn, a character from the unreleased Dinosaur Planet. In UndyingNephalim's game, Randorn is Krystal's father. He pilots an extremely odd Krazoa Palace-like ship. There's even a possible spoiler that helps relate Krystal to the mysterious new Cerinian fox character, Falyf.
These two characters will only be playable for backers of the Patreon project who donate $7 or more per month.
Krystal Archive gets Official Twitter Feed
We previously talked about doing this, but I've made it official. The Krystal Archive now has a Twitter account. All posts on the Krystal Archive will get published there automatically, or at least, that's the claim of TwitterFeed, the app I'm using to do this. One way or another, I'll make sure it works. For now, here's the link.

In case you missed the story on the podcast, the "KrystalArchive" Twitter account is suspended. Apparently someone had registered it a few years ago and began posting as me, using my RL photo and everything. I have no idea how they did it or why. Freaky.
KAP: Episode 33
A new podcast after only two months?! Madness! In this episode I quickly go over the dozens of new posts since the last episode and talk about upcoming content. No question or comment emails this time. Send in your questions!
Star Fox eShop Sale is Star Fox 64 3D
In a previous post, we talked about a Star Fox game deal coming up. It has now been revealed as Star Fox 64 3D, which can be purchased for $29.99 instead of $39.99 until October 2nd. Not quite the bombshell we were hoping for, but hey, if you haven't picked it up, now would be a great time!
Undyingnephalim Creates Patreon Fund
Wishing to speed up his work on Star Fox: Event Horizon (and other games), Undyingnephalim turns to you, the fans, for financial support with Patreon. While I normally wouldn't post such things, Undyingnephalim has proven himself fully capable of delivering, it's just a matter of how long we are willing to wait. I will be donating to his champaign, and I hope you will too.
For those unfamiliar, Patreon is a way of pledging a little money each month, rather than a large single donation. Every little bit helps.
