You saw Krystal's new look in the recent trailer, but we're finally posting about it. After a long struggle and plenty of experimentation with her outfits, UndyingNephalim's latest Krystal update changes her uniform once again in Star Fox: Event Horizon. Her uniform design is inspired by the idea she spent a long time surviving among dinosaurs on Sauria. He terms the style a "glass cannon," the heavily armed, but lightly armored look. Another of his goals in designing her uniform was to help Krystal blend in with the rest of the Star Fox team, feeling she has stuck out too much in past game designs. She is just one of many redesigns of the game's characters, all of which got a visual and lighting overhaul. We may yet see more changes as development continues.

Kreativjunkie specializes in large and life-size posable dolls, from anthro to feral. Someone commissioned her to build a life-sized Krystal action figure. It's over 5 and a half feet tall (170cm)! It can be freely posed and stand under its own weight. Kreativjunkie posted several in-progress shots of the head, but we can now see the finished product.

Cool as this idea is in theory, Five Nights At Freddy's is ruining it for me. Thanks a lot, Scott Cawthon!

Featured in The Dallas Morning News and A-KonTV, a group of friends got together to cosplay as several Star Fox characters at A-kon back in May 2013. From left to right, the represented characters are: Falco Lombardi, Katt Monroe, Krystal, and Fox McCloud. The base jumpsuit of the costume was modified for the cosplayer by Sew What?! Costumes and Alterations. The ears, tail, and jewelry were custom made for this costume. We don't know the identity of the cosplayer herself or her friends.

More stuff promised in the Furry Fiesta presentation! I have updated the Brawl Audio page with new versions of the cameo Krystal audio that was recorded without the stage sound effects. Of course, these just show off the Krystal audio. If you want to listen to all the secret cameo audio from the Lylat Cruise level, I've made a special Brawl Star Fox Secret Taunt page just for you!

Later I will be recording the Japanese version of the same cameos, plus the Melee and Wii U Smash secret taunts.

It took me a while, but I've finally updated the Star Fox Adventures Video page to feature the new HD YouTube videos and full quality downloads. All the thumbnails have also been updated. If you were waiting to download full-quality 1080p 60fps Star Fox Adventures cutscenes, now's your chance!

At AnimeExpo 2014, twilightproductions was challenged by Topher (the Fox McCloud cosplayer) to do something which was out of her comfort zone and this is the result. The costume relied heavily on body paint, which twilightproductions called "a scary ordeal" for her. She had never done a cosplay that used a prosthetic before either. The shoulder pads were more or less glued to her shoulders which made it difficult for her move around, but all in all, she was happy with the way the cosplay turned out.

PS - Our good friend Brian, who you'll be hearing more about soon, has posted his personal recording of the Furry Fiesta panel. It's mostly the same as before, but he actually turns the camera to look at the audience on occasion. You can see what it was like to watch the presentation from the audience's perspective.

This morning, UndyingNephalim posted a new trailer he's been working on. Yes, he's going for the 80's corny sci-fi vibe here. You can see Krystal's new design in there too.
